I am an aspiring nurse dedicated to providing holistic and compassionate care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. With a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing, I am currently working as a Nursing Officer in the Adult Ward at Mansaram Hospital since April 2023. My role allows me to apply my clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and organizational skills to deliver high-quality care to patients. I am committed to continuously enhancing my expertise and staying updated with advancements in the healthcare field.
My academic journey began at the Kailash Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, where I pursued my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from 2018 to 2022. During this period, I gained extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience through clinical rotations at esteemed institutions like Kailash Hospital and Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Multi-Speciality Hospital. I successfully completed my training and earned my degree, registered under the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, in December 2022. My internships and training sessions have equipped me with the skills required to handle diverse medical scenarios and deliver patient-centric care.
Beyond my academic and professional achievements, I have actively sought opportunities for personal and professional growth. I am a proud member of the Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI) and participated in a week-long midwifery training at the DAKSH Skills Lab in May 2022. These experiences have enriched my understanding of specialized nursing practices and strengthened my commitment to upholding the highest standards of care. Additionally, I have honed my leadership skills by serving as the Head Girl of Ganga International School, where I excelled in maintaining discipline, organizing events, and leading initiatives.
As a nurse, my ultimate goal is to make a meaningful impact on the lives of my patients by addressing their healthcare needs with empathy and professionalism. I aspire to continually learn, grow, and contribute to the nursing profession, ensuring that every patient receives the care and attention they deserve. With a strong passion for nursing and a commitment to excellence, I am determined to make a difference in the healthcare field.
To leverage my nursing knowledge, skills, and compassionate approach to deliver holistic, patient-centered care while continuously learning and enhancing my expertise in medical-surgical nursing. I aim to contribute to the healthcare sector by ensuring high-quality care, advocating for patient well-being, and growing professionally as a dedicated and resourceful nursing professional.
