SAIKRISHNA & ASSOCIATES (Trademark Prosecution Team) (4 weeks)
- Conducted in depth research regarding the infringement of trademark in case of tradenames & the necessary conditions required to be fulfilled before a suit can be instituted for the same.
- Prepared arguments in favor of Opposition to be made during the hearing before the learned trademark registrar.
- Successfully conducted due diligence for our client’s trademark and prepared a list of marks & products Infringing upon it.
- Compiled trademark application filing requirements in multiple countries in all over the world
❖ ALBA LAW (Trademark Prosecution Team) (4 weeks)
- Effectively assisted in initiating legal proceedings by drafting multiple Notices of Opposition against trademarks found in violation.
- Collaborated on the preparation of a no objection certificate to support copyright registration applications.

- Conducted comprehensive research on Code of Criminal Procedure provisions, including Section 436,437, and 438, and provided valuable assistance in crafting a bail application under legal guidance.
- Created organized and informative notes covering topics such as bailment, TRAP Cases, and Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, which pertains to dowry death cases and conducted in-depth research and prepared detailed notes about the significant legal case “Lalita Kumari vs State of Uttar Pradesh,” contributing to the understanding of its implications.
❖ HAMARI PEHCHAN NGO (4 weeks)
- Actively participated in impactful community initiatives by leading books distribution drives, promoting literacy and education among underprivileged children.
