I am a dedicated Product and UI/UX Designer grounded in design thinking, user research, and problem-solving, with a singular focus on creating experiences that are meaningful, user-friendly, and visually engaging. I am particularly passionate about empathy-led innovation, which is evident in projects like VriddhSetu, a user-friendly app I designed for elderly individuals, which utilized extensive user research and prototyping with real users to ensure accessibility and relevance. My technical proficiency spans Figma for website and app design, alongside 3D modeling (Rhino 7, Keyshot) and Graphic Designing (Adobe Suite).
My experience so far has involved participation in a range of impactful design projects that emphasize collaboration and real-world application. Through internships, including one focused on UI/UX and Graphic Design where I handled direct client communication and content strategy, I’ve honed my abilities to manage projects effectively, think critically under pressure, and approach design challenges with flexibility. - Gaana App Redesign (Self-Initiated Case Study): Redesigned the Gaana music streaming app to enhance music discovery, personalization, and improve the onboarding and listening experience.
- Animal Rescue Center App (Academic Project): Designed an app connecting users with nearby rescue shelters. Focused on creating empathy-driven experiences, real-time updates, and simple user flows.
- Mental Health Support for Adolescents (Academic Research Project): Created a crisis intervention solution for underprivileged adolescents (10-17 years). Combined primary research (interviews with NGOs, teens, parents) and system mapping to identify gaps in service awareness and community support.
- VriddhSetu (Graduation Project): Designed a user-friendly mobile app for elderly individuals living alone, focusing on voice navigation, caregiver-assisted setup, real-world social engagement, and emergency support. Conducted user research, competitor analysis, and prototyping with real users to ensure accessibility and relevance.
